There is nothing extra to buy. Our solution is a complete, self-containing system designed to work with your existing installation of Aldelo for Restaurants Pro 3.5.1 or higher. We supply the server and all of the software while your Authorized Vendor will make sure the installation is smooth. Your restaurant will be taking orders from the Internet in no time.

The Customer2You system can integrate instantly into your existing website. You can also use Customer2You as your website for no extra charge.
No Monthly or Annual Fees
We do not charge any monthly or annual fees. You pay one flat fee for the installation and the rest is free. A small convenience charge is automatically added to each Internet order and paid by the customer. The convenience charge covers all future software upgrades and support. There is no monthly minimum. There is no contract. Other systems bill you for installation and a monthly charge or annual fees that must be paid year after year.
Reduced Credit Card Fees
Because of our pre-negotiated rates with major Approved Merchant Service Providers, you will not have to pay those hefty fees associated with non-swiped transactions placed through our system. Our special merchant accounts are specifically designed for online transactions. Other systems rely on your existing merchant account which can drive your costs higher.
Instant Credit Card Approval
The customer’s credit card is processed real time. If there’s a problem the customer can correct it immediately. The order is always paid before it enters your POS. Other systems delay the credit card processing which can confuse customers into believing their payment was successful. Customers have no chance to correct errors or try a different card.
Always Reliable Push Technology
Systems that rely on the local restaurant system to pull orders from an Internet server are inherently unreliable. We push the order to the POS in real-time while the customer is still on the website. We give the customer their order number and the expected pick-up or delivery time. In the event that the local POS is unreachable, we are able to let the customer know that there is a problem and ask them to contact the store at the phone number provided. You never lose an order or a customer. Other systems use pull technology in which the Internet computer waits for the restaurant computer to check for new orders. This delays order processing and prevents real-time order feedback to the user. Users think their order is being processed even if the restaurant computer is down and no one knows about the order.
